  2. I visited Manila earlier this year so I have ticked a couple of your adventures off my list already. It looks like I will have to return to the Philippines to tick off some more. The Philippines is a very beautiful country.

  3. Wow, that’s a list!
I guess it would be quite difficult to do all of them in one visit only, unless you stay weeks in the Philippines, but for sure now I have a cool list of things to check prior to go there, whenever I’ll be able go to! But maybe I’ll skip the surf and horse riding ones 😀

  4. That’s a great bucket list that can come in handy for everyone that wants to visit. Though no one will be able to visit them all at one trip it is a good start and you can have a variety to choose from. I would assume Kayangan Lake in Coron is on the photo under #14. It is what caught my eye at the beginning – it is really stunning! Is the water such a gorgeous color in reality?

  5. Hmm I wonder if the Kawa bath is related to the gross Kawa drink in Hawaii. Great list and beautiful photos! The Philippines are on my travel bucket list and now I know exactly what I’ll be doing there 🙂 Those rapids look wild!

    • Whoa riding those rapids is one the best things I’ve done on my travels. I’ve never seen gross kawa drink in Hawaii yet, but the Hot Kawa Bath listed is like a bath tub in a form of a big flame-heated pan. Glad to know that you have considered Philippines to be part of your list. Big Thanks!

  6. Oh man! How I miss the Philippines so much! I lived there for 11 years and absolutely loved it. Thank you for the recommendations as we haven’t done or been to quite a few!

  7. I love how you are really promoting the Philippines. It is indeed beautiful, and I don’t have much knowledge about the Philippines yet. You really give a lot of information. I’ll make it part of my bucket list!

  8. I would certainly want to experience bamboo rafting and wake-boarding while in Philippines. Thanks for the detailed blog on things to do. Never knew Philippines had so much in store for its visitors. Philippines calls for a fortnight long trip.

  9. Great article! Will definitely be useful when I visit the Philippines. I’ve read quite a lot about this country lately, and even though it was an unknown destination to me, it looks like there’s so much to see and do! It’s gone up in my bucket list for sure 🙂

  10. This is an epic list! I’ve see some of it and know you’ll love all of the Philippines! This makes me want to go spend a few years there and join you on your adventures! Love how much hiking you have in there 🙂

  11. The Philippines is a veritable treasure trove of nature’s bounty. Its beaches and islands are pieces of paradise. There is so much to see and do here, I am not sure if all this can be accomplished in one life time.

  12. Oh my goodness! Your photographs look glorious! I’m itching to visit Philippines before travelling any where else in the world! Your blog post makes me wanna go right now pronto! LOVE IT!
